OOC Note: This is a roleplaying character for the rowan_academy game.

Dame Astra Peregrine ni Fiona (Peri, among friends; 'Perible the Terrible' or 'Periwinkle' to Tommy Lee; Leigh Celestina Perry among the mortals) is a 15-year-old sophomore at Rowan Academy, and a bit boy-crazy. When she first came to Rowan in seventh grade, she'd declared the male half of the populace distinctly 'icky.' She underwent a transformation sometime in freshman year, and has since been making up for lost time. She hasn't given up the skateboard, though – that part of her tomboyish past remains. She is, typically for a Fiona sidhe, always in and out of trouble, and fond of taking silly risks and dares. She is well-known and generally well-liked, especially among the Kinain populace.

Mortal Description: Youth, grace, and an energetic prettiness combine to form the fabric of this young woman's making. She stands only a few inches under six feet, with a coltish form that seems to owe almost as much to activity as fortunate birth. Her pale-blonde hair falls about her shoulders and down her back in a silken mass of waves, sometimes kept tamed into a tail at the nape of her neck. Her eyes are a deep, rich lapis blue, a blue one shade lighter than the midnight sky. Those eyes are framed with thick, dark honey-colored lashes, and set into a face that shows both symmetry and artistry. Her skin is fair, with a slight golden undertone.

Her style of dress among mortals is most commonly of the typical-teenaged-girl variety -- she wears jeans, shiny Doc Martens the color of black cherry soda, a leather jacket, clingy baby tee-shirts. On rare occasion, when she finds herself needing to dress less casually, her wardrobe is quite expensive, and wide-ranging in style, though she tends toward vivid colors (red being a favorite) and soft fabrics.

Fae Description: In her faerie aspect, Peri takes on an electric loveliness. The young sidhe knight's height and build remain much the same, and a practiced eye might place her in the beginning of her wilder years. The most noteworthy change in her is refinement: where she is a quite-pretty girl to human eyes, she is perfected in her sidhe mien, features both sharper and more elegant, her lips soft and bowed in an impish smile most frequently. To faerie eyes, her hair falls about her shoulders and down her back in silken streams of silver shot through with steel and snow. Her eyes remain a deep, rich lapis blue, framed with thick, dark steel-colored lashes, and set into a face that shows both symmetry and artistry. Her skin takes on a warmer, more golden undertone, as if lit from inside with some eldritch fire.

None could doubt that she is a Knight in deed as well as title. The crest and colors of Fiona are emblazoned on the tabard she wears in formal moments, blood-red silk with no more substance than Dream itself, a silvered lion embroidered with dainty stitches over the chest, bound at the waist by the Knight's traditional belt. Beneath it are simple midnight trews perfectly fitted to her lithe, athletic form, and a wide-sleeved poet's style blouse in a shimmering, iridescent fabric that lets the skin's tone show through. High, shining black boots cover her feet, and at appropriate times, long cloak drapes over her back, fastened at the front with a circle brooch. At one hip is a long, slender sheath holding an equally long and slender blade, its hilt worked in an exquisite rendition of a rampant lion, the metal seeming to refract light as a prism might.

In less formal moments, she will eschew the tabard for bodices or tunics in bright colors.
